Brookside Academy in Street has two rooftop solar arrays installed by ACE.
- 82 kW PV array installed in 2017
- Generates around 80 MWh of low-carbon electricity per year
- Around 70% is used by the school, the rest is exported to the national grid
- The project saves around 48 tonnes of CO2 each year
